Internal traffic
- Internal traffic system is arranged in type of chess-board creating the spatial complexes to assure the unification and order in Industrial Zone. There are 01 main road with width of 80m including 02 running lanes. Branch roads with width of 40m and 22m. Along with the road having the sidewalk of 5-7m is arranged the underground technical corridor as: water supply, water drainage and communication system…
- The Industrial Zone is connected with National Road No.18 by 02 geometries across point and Flyover Bridge with Provincial Road No 295 and 286 in the East and West.

Power supply
The Industrial Zone is supplied from National Electricity Grid with the capacity 110 KV and changed by transformer station 110/22KV with 2 x 63 MVA located in Industrial Zone. Electricity transmittance system with capacity 22KV is buried under sidewalk and supply to in front of land plot for production.
Water supply
Groundwater is exploited from water wells along the Cau River. There is water supplying station having the capacity 12.000m3/day. Water containing system with large size and water supplying network is arranged to satisfy the full demands about water for production and activities in Industrial Zone.

Drainage - Wastewater treatment - Solid waste
- Rain water in the Industrial Zone shall be collected by drainage system and poured into ditch.
- Industrial waste water collected and treated by Waste Water Treatment Station with capacity 10,000m3/day before pouring into drainage system in Industrial Zone.
- Solid wastes shall be collected from factories and enterprises, and categorized before being treated.
Communication
A satellite switch board with 4.000 numbers located in the Operation Center of Yen Phong Industrial Zone, the optical cables lines buried under technical corridor to each land plot creating a modern communication system reached international standard and satisfied the full demands concerning on national and international communication services.
